Our Core Values

Ingram Family Corporation's mission is to engineer a new business model that prioritizes humanity. Founder Anthony Ingram believes the future of capitalism is a balance between profitability and a positive effect on the lives of customers, employees and investors. As IFC grows into agriculture, restaurants and textiles, these core values will be woven into each company. It started with the World's Best Salsa and the Tony's Tejas Salsa Profit Share Group.
Quality and innovation
Tony's Tejas Salsa is made from high-quality ingredients sourced from regional farms whenever possible. We're working with a co-op of organic farmers to source all of our raw materials directly from growers, which strengthens local economies and lowers our costs. Chef Tony developed a manufacturing technique that extends shelf life while improving flavor and profitability.
Education and opportunity
Our sales intern program partners with anchor institutions to bring talented students onto the sales team, where they help build the brand, learn real-world skills and apply what they've studied. We hire a diverse production and sales staff, including veterans, people with special needs and people from disadvantaged backgrounds, and we care about their mental and financial well-being.
Wealth accumulation
The TTS Profit Share Group is structured so people in every income bracket can take part and build wealth in the food industry. People with more time and talent than income can contribute sweat equity, and seasoned operators can contribute capital and grow their stake through consulting.
Environmental impact
We reuse and recycle wherever we can. We've turned tons of produce scraps into compost for local farmers, reuse cardboard boxes for shipping, recycle plastic containers, and power our delivery fleet with renewable fuels.
