Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 onion diced
1/4 red bell pepper diced
4 tbsp Tony's Tejas Salsa
Directions:
Heat pan on med-high.
Add oil, onions, and peppers together, then cook half-way.
Add salsa and let reduce down.
Add shrimp and cook for 3-5 min.
Serve over rice.
